Michelin Advantage Program

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025* 

Eligibility: This Michelin Advantage Volume-Based Loyalty Program (“Program”) is open to all fleet account customers who participate in the Michelin Advantage Program. Advantage Association accounts are not included in the program. For clarity, only Michelin commercial truck tires 19.5+are eligible for this Program.

Program Details: 

• Silver Status: Purchase 40+ units of eligible product in a year to receive a rebate of $20 on all Michelin commercial truck units purchased through the Michelin Advantage Program in the given quarter. 

• Gold Status: Purchase 80+ units of eligible product in a year to receive a rebate of $30 on all Michelin commercial truck units purchased through the Michelin Advantage Program in the given quarter. 

• Platinum Status: Purchase 120+ units or eligible product in a year to receive a rebate of $40 on all Michelin commercial truck units purchased through the Michelin Advantage Program in the given quarter. 

• Rebate Distribution: Rebates will be paid out quarterly to the contact on file under the Advantage fleet account in Michelin’s portal in the form of a reloadable VISA® Reloadable Reward Card. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks after reaching the minimum required valid sales for delivery of VISA® Reloadable Reward Card via mail.1

• Quarterly Reconciliation: Total annual purchases will be reviewed at the end of each quarter. If fleet account reaches a new rebate level, they will receive the higher rebate amount for all units purchased that year. If a new level is reached in a subsequent quarter, the dollar per unit gap from the previous quarter(s) will be made whole. 

For example, if fleet account purchases 40 units in Q1, they receive $20 per unit. If 60 more units are purchased in Q2 (total 100 units), $30 per unit is paid for the 60 units plus an extra $10 per unit for the first 40 units. 

• Product Availability Product availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

* Michelin reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program, products and/or services at any time for any reason. No cash refunds. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Michelin. 

(1) United States – VISA® Reloadable Reward Card is a prepaid debit card issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Funds will be automatically loaded electronically once a month by the 15^th day of each month. If the 15^th is not a business day, funds will be loaded on the next business day after the 15^th. A minimum fund load of $24 is required. Your funds will be automatically loaded onto the card, so be sure to retain your card for future use as needed. Canada – You may not add funds to the Card. Only the Program Sponsor from whom you received your Card may add additional funds to your Card. Cardholders are restricted to one Card per person. Use of your Card in certain countries may be restricted by law. Regular pre-authorized debit (PAD) transactions, where you authorize a company or organization to withdraw funds from your Card, are not permitted. Your Card may be deactivated at any time if fraud, related to your Card or use of your Card, is suspected. The Card is not returnable or refundable, and may not be cancelled by you. You do not have the right to stop the payment of any transaction you conduct with the Card.
