ENHANCEMENT & QUALIFIER

Earn a $150 deferred rebate on incremental X One® units (vs Aug - Dec 2023) invoiced during the Campaign Period, not to exceed 500 incremental units. Deferred rebates will be paid out upon completion of the campaign (after Dec 31^st 2024).

Incremental Example:

2023 Aug-Dec Baseline Volume (Units) 100

2024 Aug-Dec Total Volume (Units)        175

Incremental Campaign Volume (Units)   75

Deferred Rebate Total: 75 (75 incremental units * $150 = $11,250)

CAMPAIGN ELEMENTS PROCESS INFORMATION

• All products must be invoiced on a Dealer Receipt (National Account)
• Campaign Enhancement is calculated year-over-year incremental X One ® tire units.
• Price protection will not apply.
• Commitments and backorders do not factor in calculation for achievement of Campaign Enhancement.
• Product availability is first come, first served.
• The parties will engage in year-end reconciliation.
